This
presentation is a mixture of slide show and
image gallery. It looks more like photos spilt
from a box onto the tabletop than an album.
The script will first determine the size of
the user's screen and will open the largest
possible window. All the images in the directory
are dealt in random sequence onto the screen
and distributed over the available space in
random order. Users can drag the images with
the mouse, shuffle them, play with them.
All you have to do is upload the file album_untidy.php to the directory, where your images are situated.
There are very few properties that can be changed. Most important the interval in which the images are dealt to the table. Furthermore you can configure a margin for the images. You can configure width and colour of the margin. And you can determine a background image or link the presentation to the stylesheet of your site.
Actually you don't need more than this one file. You can make all the necessary changes in the first few lines of the script. But if you like you can use the configuration page which also allows you to upload or delete images through the browser. I have added it because all the other albums have one too.
Maybe you want to do something like this.
Another thing you can do: You can actually create a web page covered by a heap of pictures. If you like, you can design the background just like any other web page. Just enter all the HTML you want in the designated "editable background area" near the bottom of the script. This way you could create something like this.
